This brand-new 5-bedroom villa is a part of a secure gated villa complex only 300 meters from wonderful Ban Tai beach with restaurant and cozy loungers.

Modern interiors are decorated with paintings, authentic vases, nice statuettes and plenty of flowers. Each of 5 large bedrooms (over 20 sq. m) is equipped according to standards of a Deluxe room in a 5* hotel. It features en-suite bathrooms, king-size/twin beds with orthopedic mattresses, walk-in wardrobes, TVs and access to private furnished terraces (11 sq. m). An extra bed can be put in each bedroom upon your request. The villa also includes cozy living room with a modern sofa and 48’’ TV and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is a big wooden table seating up to 12 persons on the covered terrace overlooking the private swimming pool. The pool deck is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and outdoor sound system. A very important feature is a safe pool with the shallow area for kids. The pool’s construction (around the pool) protects from a sudden fall.

The barbeque sala is a perfect place to spend the evening with friends or family. There is another lounge area on the roof-top terrace that can be a nice place for yoga sessions. The terrace enjoys amazing mountain and sea views.  It also serves as outdoor cinema and you can watch your favorite movies sitting at the bar table with cocktail or lying on a comfortable sofa.

Villa Mojito is located in a secure managed villa estate Ban Tai Estate with onsite reception only 300 meters away from beautiful Ban Tai beach. The estate is gated and secure with onsite reception and kids zone (with plenty of toys and bikes and cars for kids to drive around Estate’s gated area). Our beach (only 5 min walk or 2 min buggy drive) is considered one of the best especially for kids due to its soft white sand, natural shade from the trees and comfortable entrance into water. Our location is great with good local restaurants, bars, shops nearby. There are supermarket 7/11 and massage salons in a walking distance from us. And the famous Fisherman village with its variety of best restaurants and shops on the beach is only around 10 min drive from the Estate.
