Group of 5 private two and three bedroom houses located on a quiet street near one of the best beaches on Samui Island – the Choengmon beach, with its beautiful white-sand beach line, surrounded by green hills, where you can fully enjoy the view of the magnificent sunlit Gulf of Thailand and watch the sunset in peaceful atmosphere of a tropical island. Only 1 kilometer away from the relaxing leisure on the gentle sand of Choengmon with all necessary for full-value beach time – from massage therapy looking at the crystal clear sea to a beach-side dinner accompanied by soft music and soughing of the waves.
Just within 10 minutes’ walk from the residence you can find a secluded bay to take refuge and spend the time with your closest ones, so no one can disturb you in your comfort. The beach has almost no infrastructure and it gives it the charm of untouched beauty. Tides can unveil the rocky ground not suited well for swimming, though it does not affect the appeal of unspoiled nature.
The residence itself is located in a developed area in 15 minutes from the airport. The nearest convenience store is in several minutes’ walk, and is open 24 hours. There are cafes with various cuisine offers, from Korean to European and of course Thai local. Professional massage and SPA salons, souvenir shops, a shooting range, an authentic football-golf club and other leisure sites nearby will add to diversity of your programme.
Despite that the heart of nightlife, the Chaweng Beach road and Central Festival shopping center is only within 10 minutes reach by car, the villas location is peacefully quiet, the main road is 100 meters.
There are cultural sites at the area also. About 4 kilometers drive will take you to the Big Buddha. It is an active temple, where you can have a blessing from a monk and receive a braided string for luck. The way to the temple is exiting also – the top of the 60 steps stairway will reveal a great view of the Bangrak bay and Phangan Island on the horizon.
Each villa is done in a modern, minimal natural style. The core concept is comfort and practice. The accommodation is as well suited for families with children as for a company of friends. Private fenced territory of each house, front gate remote control, inside parking for a car and motorcycles, safe boxes – is all you need for security and comfort. Different in only minor details all villas are surrounded by tropical garden and have private with lounge zone. All villas are connected to a high-speed optic internet with a router on each floor to ensure the most stable signal. Every room is air-conditioned. The bedrooms and living rooms have widescreen (40” and 55”) TVs with international channel packages. There are 2 European style kitchens in each house with all necessary for long or short term stay: full sized fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, boiler, toaster, blender, cutlery and vessels set.
The villas allow from 2 to 6 guests. For tenants’ comfort each villa divided in two zones: the ground and the upper floor.
The ground floor has a bedroom with a king-size bed, private bathroom, private dressing/storage room and an open space kitchen. The ground floor can accommodate a family of 2 adults and child.
On the upper floor you will find a spacy living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. The large master bedroom has private dressing room private bathroom and is its own exit to the swimming pool lounge zone. The second bedroom has cabinet and a big wardrobe with multiple sections. A separate bathroom lies by the exit from the bedroom. The living room has a big comfortable sofa and wide-screen smart TV with sound system. A large family dining table for all the guests stands just by the main kitchen in the corner of the room.
Private swimming pool with regular cleaning, gardener services, cleaning on a specific schedule are included in the package of services from the landlord. Depending on the type of accommodation cleaning can be done both daily or once in every few days, with change of linen and towels. At the request of the guests, an individual cleaning schedule can be arranged.
A baby cot is provided on request with flexible charge.
On extended term contracts the utilities are charged by meter.
The management will help you with transfer from / to the airport, car rental or motorbike, selection of excursions and many others on request.
